I can second this issue, as of Beta 25.3. My guess is that it's because the bots aren't standing within range of the screens when they should be manning their station. As a stopgap measure, you can slow down combat by decreasing damage and/or having a 1.5 second immunity when taking potentially fatal damage. The danger of buffing as hard as you're suggesting is that it can be VERY hard to predict the outcomes. Buffing health of the AI by 100%, AND giving them temporary invulnerability on respawn, AND giving them better weapons will snowball with multiple buffs complementing one another to become strong...
