Totally agree with the uselessness of food. Some kind of hunger system is definitely missing here, so there would be a reason to stack and collect food on away missions.
Love what devs have done with the alco-drinks doe ... I can finally buy my crew a lager after a successful :P.

Search deserted carrier mission bug

I got a comms mission to go to sector 39 and plunder a deserted carrier. But when I arrive here, there is no carrier (and no posibility to teleport to any object, and sensors show nothing). I did fly around the sector to look for it, but there is just one big rock / asteroid.

Can't finish "hunt the resolution"

After compiting the misison ... when I talk to the NPC the text is correct (thenk you etc...) but the game won't mark the mission as finished.
No yellow text "Mission Complete" glows up and the mission remains in the missions tab.

Right on point Captain Class about mini-games. In the past versions (don't remember when it was fixed) there was a bug with the elevators on some planets. I must agree with you. Captain should have more view options. I think the "periscope looking wall thingy" that is located on all ships is suppose to give the 360 view. Devs keep putting them on all new ships that they develop, but they leave them disabled for some unknown (at least to me) reason. Si...

The "R" option: The pilot, weapons and the captain are the ones with the option to somehow lock or enter their consoles/turret/chair. What I meant was for the engi/sci player to also have the "R" key on the keyboard assigned ... for exc. to enable the engineering consoles full screen or something li...

Yea .... haven't seen any dev-guys threads and replies from the past update. They will shourly review it when they find the time.

And give Allester a little slack, he just got a newborn daughter and is probably in a bit of a nervous state :)
