Stealth has... issues. Once you've been spotted, the AI is generally pretty hard to hide from, and it's pretty easy to light even a good stealth ship up for long enough to reveal your position. Would be nice to slightly reduce the effectiveness of sensors at longer ranges.

Time (as in number of jumps) increases chaos. It just rises as time progresses.

Destroying ships increases chaos level. More fights = more chaos.

As far as I know, that's it.

Devs have specifically said PvP is NOT planned. That said, I'm not conceptually against the idea as an extra feature. Definitely shouldn't be the primary focus, though. Devs really say that? Its sad. Alternative solution: Rip off Star Trek some more and have "Tactical Officers". You're more than just a gunner, too. Missiles/nukes/possible alternative weapon systems can come into your role.

There was mention of fixing some interface issues (not just VR-specific) in the latest patch, have you tried since? If it still persists, i don't know... but I hope it's sorted sooner rather than later.
