A sort of a pre-guided host migration? Sounds neat. I just wonder what should happen when e.g. the Weapons Officer becomes a new host - can they choose the next migration (and thus cancel/go against the original host's wishes?)? Or what if a role quits and someone else takes over it before the host ...

I thought that your programmer wasn't the only one thinking about balance? :)

Anyway, you could always try and outsource it to the game veterans - they'd argue against OP/unbalanced items and you'd still have a final say :P.

It would be great, IIRC the only way to gain rep with W.D. without doing missions for them is to successfully use diplomacy on them during a random encounter without them having shoot you first. And that's even without a negative rep with them to start with...
