[VR] Sensitive Walking Speeds

Hey Leafy, I was playing Pulsar in VR today and I realized that there is no variable speed to the characters. I know on K&M, walking and running is pretty binary. I have the HTC Vive and I see myself going in full speed just to make minute adjustments to the spots I'm standing in. This would also he...

Health Bars and Colors

Hey Leafy, (and Ed) I just wanted to note that I'm having trouble deciphering my pilot from enemies. In the heat of the battle or by instant opening and closing of doors, I'm not sure who is friend or foe during boarding fights. ESPECIALLY THE PILOT. I've shot at my pilot so many times wasting preci...

Re: VR Suggestions and Feedback

@Edinstein I work at a VR Location in New York City. We would be willing to license the game if Leafy is willing to polish up a quick 10 minute experience. I know it feels like it wouldn't do the game justice but it's possible. We have tons of equipment to run the game and since I love it so much, I...

VR Suggestions and Feedback

I'm very happy that VR was included in this game so here are the good points and the bad points. This is from the HTC Vive perspective. Good -The translation to VR is not disorienting. The menus and UI work the same way and it feels natural. Onboarding to VR and orienting yourself takes minimal time...

Re: Map markers and memos

Yes, I did see the ! and ? markers. That's one way of getting our quests done faster. I know this is a work in progress so by all means take your time. Something very easy to do would be a little bit more descriptive in the text log for the mission. After playing the game more, I'm willing to help w...

Feedback on the update +++

Great job on the most recent update! The lighting has been drastically improved and so has the art. The new art characters fit well into the space and the CU base new design is amazing. Everything is a more pleasant experience. -Something to track missions in their spaces (not on the map) would be m...

Re: Map markers and memos

I would like to second this. If you don't want to make maps, a "tracking" option would be nice to turn on. Essentially, if the AI would path to an NPC or a quest giver, let the "Tracking" show us the way that the AI would take to get to the quest marker. It could be little transparent arrows, a line...

Ship Impact Disorientation

Usually when a ship is hit, you can see the hull bar and shields go down. I'm suggesting a physics based reaction for direct main gun shots. To simulate the point, some shots should be so powerful in force they knock away crew from their stations. It would be a tiny knock back from the station so th...

Re: Seperation of classes

I've been playing for a while, and I know a long time ago, a big portion of the community asked if the Captain could lock stations to avoid trolls. If the Captain could toggle this that would be great. If the Captain died, the ship should automatically unlock stations. The Captain could only do this...
