1-3. Agree. 4. Our crew hasn't yet encountered them so can't comment on that. 5-6. Agree. 7. Mining especially should be easily achievable with modifying Extractor to be able mine all those crystal asteroids there are in many places. Yes, even basic system like the ship has: Basics, Computer, Weapons, would help alot. And agree, the captain could decide when installing the weapon, where to install it. Different slots in "Ship/Weapons" menu would say where it it's going to be installed. Balance-wise, putting one turret on top and...

I prefer the basic teleport system without beacon. Beacon would be just a quick shortcut and would remove gameplay instead of adding it. Agree completely. It wouldn't have to complex things, even small things add immersion (Mass effect: use trash compactor or flush toilet). Also would be nice to have non-static things in computer screens. Randomly rotating hi-tech mumbo jumbo in tech areas etc would be nice!

So, i just started playing with couple of my friends and somehow the interiors of the ships seems to be on the larger side. Corridors in the Roland seems more like a cathedral than any "normal" ship. As there is more interior size, the outer layer and armour has to be bigger, which means more weight...
