This is a bug, since the actual event override in this case has a X in its name (Ammo Left < X%). I'll pass this along to the programmer, nice catch!

Thanks for the report, managing items for crew bots is something we're planning on making much better in a future update. In the meantime you can just remove the bot in question and their inventory should go back to their locker.
