Pulsar_lostcolony.exe connects to google.com?

Last night, my PC Tools Firewall Plus v7 said Pulsar_lostcolony.exe was trying to connect to google.com at TCP port 443. Why? This was in my decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC.

Why is Pulsar_lostcolony.exe phoning home to *.cloud.unity3d.com servers (perf-events.cloud.unity3d.com, cdp.cloud.unity3d.com, data-optout-service.uca.cloud.unity3d.com, and config.uca.cloud.unity3d.com) via its SSL port (443)?
