    Bug Report
    ----------------------------
    OS: Windows 10 x64
    Game Version: Beta 16.2
    Date and Time Encountered (DD/MM/YY, HH:MM (12h format)): 11/02/17 02:50 AM ADT
    ----------------------------
Possible Conflicting Software (such as firewalls and anti-virus): Avast, but probably not relevant
Severity: Minor. Plotting courses is broken but sectors can still be called out and aligned by hand; circumstances are infrequent.
Description of Bug: If a "selected for inspection" mission triggers on two consecutive jumps, both of them will trigger as completed when the first one is visited. However, if the second has already been selected as a nav destination, it will vanish when the mission is completed, but still be selected as a nav target. The pilot cannot see it to align, and attempting to toggle it as a waypoint on the nav map will instead interact with nearby stations.
Steps to Reproduce: Luck; be selected for cargo inspection on two consecutive jumps (so that both missions are active at the same time), have the second system selected as a waypoint when visiting the first.
Possible Workaround: Avoid waypointing the second mission system when visiting the first; or save and reload the game; or choose sectors to travel to without the use of waypoints.

Notes: Didn't think to screenshot it before the ship got blown up, and the issue did not persist on loading prior save just after the issue arose.
