BKP processor issues

OS:Windows 10
Game Version:
Date and Time Encountered
Severity: HIGH (gamebreaking)

Hardware Configuration:

GPU:Nvidia Geforce GTX 750
Motherboard: GA-78LMT
HDD:(2) 1 TB hard drives
Currently all of the BKP have the issue of being really over powered

the BKP heat at level 4 will make a reactor not gain heat at all at level 10 a thermo core reactor will NOT gain heat at all! there is no visual display for this number but our level 4 pf anti matter reactor does not gain heat when at 100% usage


on ship that has two small vector thrusters that have a thrust of 3 meaning we have a total thrust of 6 with a BKP-THRUST and a hull of below 30% gives us a thrust of 21 which is a increase of 350%
this can get so strong
this is how wild it can get when you have a ship full of them

2 level 6 and a single level 3 BKP-WEP-POWER gives us a 1k turret charge speed https://i.imgur.com/uoPqJ8P.png
this lighting turret at level 5 has a recharge

BKP-WARP this is also broken
we took the slowest charging jump drive we had at the time which is listed 2 and with the BKP warp it charged in roughly 2.5 sec's

Which is bigger?
1.1 * 2.25 or 1 + 0.1 * 2.25

cause I think the math for the BKPs is the bigger one and the TGT is the smaller
