Outpost 448 Staff Quarters Door #1 Issue

Game Version: Beta 21.3
Date and Time Encountered (DD/MM/YY, HH:MM (12h format)): 05/01/19, 10:00pm US CST
Possible Conflicting Software (such as firewalls and anti-virus): None
Severity: Minor

Description of Bug: Outpost 448, upper level, Staff Quarters #1 (farthest door to the left of commander block). The interaction trigger (where you press R) to open the door from the inside has been moved. Instead of being located on the inside of the door, it is now down the hall nearly to the restroom doors, and facing the rear of the quarters. This makes it difficult to leave Staff Quarters #1 and return to the rest of the station.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the upper level of Outpost 448. There is a row of 3 doors marked "Staff Quarters" along the wall to the left of the big commander structure that blocks the upper walkway.
2. Enter Staff Quarters #1 (the door farthest from the commander structure).
3. Once inside Staff Quarters #1, turn around to face the door. You cannot open the door because the interaction trigger is not there.
4. Turn back around and walk down the hall towards the rear of Staff Quarters #1. Just before you reach the doors to the restrooms, the door interaction trigger will appear to leave Staff Quarters #1.
