Post by mousey » Fri Jan 11, 2019 2:52 pm

----------------------------
Bug Report
----------------------------
OS: Debian stable/testing
Game Version: 21.5
Date and Time Encountered (DD/MM/YY, HH:MM (12h format)): 10/01/19, nighttime
----------------------------
Possible Conflicting Software (such as firewalls and anti-virus): n/a?
Severity: high?
Description of Bug: Game plays fine until we warp (or I alt-tab), then client crashes (sometimes)
Steps to Reproduce: play normally, wait
Possible Workaround: don't alt-tab, don't warp?
----------------------------
Screenshots and/or Video:
----------------------------
Notes: Not sure this is actually a problem with the game, because two other Linux users (Both also in debian) do not crash as often as I do (at all?) so might be something environmental in my case, but I have had this problem since at least version 12.x.

Hardware Configuration:

CPU: i7-2600
GPU: nvidia 960
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: intel
HDD: 2x1TB

Thanks for the report, sorry for the crashing issues

Have you verified your game files recently? It could fix the issue if it's a just a small corrupted file. Instructions: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -QEUH-3335

Otherwise if you could email us your Player.log file that would be very helpful. Instruction for that here: http://www.pulsarthegame.com/sending-an-output-log-file

Hope we can get this solved quickly, sorry again for the issues
