Not actually a bug, but when we unlock all teleporter and before the Source fight, if we go back at the start looking for any forgotten loot, the Experiment 72 respawn and shut the big door.
As we can go back to the first teleporter and move everywhere in the Wasted Wing, we keep his health bar on screen until the final fight.
My guess is this one should not respawn when we killed it. Maybe you can make the trigger conditional on the second teleporter unlock. Don't spawn Exp 72 if Teleporter 2 is unlocked.
