SMAA is not affecting UI screen rendering (and screen UI rendering just generally needs improvements badly)

As you can see, the borders around screens gets smoothed with SMAA highest, but it doesn't affect the UI rendering.

That's a pretty bad bug, I'd say. Those screens just look terrible if you aren't right up to them even at my high 2560x1600 resolution. I can't imagine how they look at 1080p.

Further, can I throw in a suggestion here to please improve the rendering of those screens?
I think they should be rendered at 2x or 4x native resolution by default and then super sampled. I don't think that should be terribly costly when much of them are blank background and you can cache it to a texture and only rerender the frames where it changes.
I think one issue here might be that SMAA is being applied BEFORE the text rendering is ever done? Or since SMAA is based on a similar method to supersampling AA that whatever is rendering the UI isn't doing it above native at those edged areas to begin with?
This is my biggest gripe with the look of the game at the moment. It takes something that should be a beautiful looking feature and is making it ugly due to how bad it looks at a modest distance away.

And thanks for fixing some of my previous bug reports real quickly. Though I know this one may be more difficult to tackle in a performant manner.

The issue of SMAA not affecting screen rendering, and screen rendering just generally not looking good at a distance, still persists as of the latest version.
