Modification to carrier to add a new gameplay path

So, currently, the carrier hardly fits its name. The idea is to change its passive from more loot to unlocking part moving in the sector. This means that you can reconfigure your ship in combat, or take parts off of captured ships. This would fit the name, being able to bring ships in and work on them in a carrier.

Its just a carrier, it carries stuff. Its not a repair/support/service ship.

These abilities just given to one ship would be very unbalanced.

that would make it not a carrier, but a cargoship.

Techincally, i would classify it as a "light salvaging vessel"

The meaning of "carrier" differs in civilian shipping from the military context.

"freighter" still seems more apt.
