IA] Accuracy when moving

Context :
If we move the ship in others direction than forward or backward then the turret are automated or used by a bot. the bot can't touch the enemy ship.

Reduce the accuracy but not completely. (1 or 2 shots succeed on 4 for example).

Thanks for the suggestion!

I'm certain we'll be taking another pass on ship combat and turret aiming before we reach 1.0 and we'll keep your suggestion in mind. In the meantime, you can try to utilize more cover via the asteroids.
