I would suggest firing a laser upon this spider, but I have a feeling that dark matter surrounds said spider. If we fire upon it, we could face the unrivalled power of GOOGLE!!!

You haz to update your robots.txt file (nawt sure where ish located; I'm assuming you have to put it under /var/www although idk (daz in Linux, idk how apache works on Windows)). But basically, in that you can dictate how Google's bots (and other bots which conform to the robots.txt file) behave. Such as disable them altogether (but again, this only works on bots which respect the robots.txt file).

Of course, the robots.txt file might have to go under the phpbb directory, idk (I've not used it before (I've used phpbb a long time ago, but idk where the robots.txt file goes :p)).
