[GUI] buy fuel by stacks / allowance

It would be great if we can buy fuel by stacks of 10 or full fill.

I think the same for crew allowance : 100. 1000. 10000cr for example. Would be a good idea.

There’s a good chance that we’ll look into reworking crew allowance at some point for easier use. As for the fuel, we’ll discuss among the team the option to buy fuel in bulk. No guarantees, but we agree that it could be convenient.
