Role Authority

Hey Edinstein!

Thanks for this awesome game and being so active on the forums.

While playing with my group, we were thinking about increased authority in the roles. We thought giving particularly the engineer access to the ship components screen would be valuable. The Engineer might also benefit from having greater control of the cargo bay and scrap pile. It would also be excellent to have speech checks for the different roles.

Giving the captain the ability to delegate authority would also be outstanding!

Hey jneuf! Thanks for your support! We're hoping we can add a Second-in-Command feature, which is similar to what you described with the captain granting authority to a crew member and giving them access to captain-only features. However, it's unclear if we can fit it into our schedule at this time. We'll see! Thanks for the suggestion, and Happy Holidays to you as well!

Hi, i were asking if it's possible to let all roles to "lock screen", like the scientist can't use engineering for exemple. But if the lock screen is desactivated, everyone can use it.
