Hitbox bug in Cypher Room

I joined a crew solving a cypher puzzle on a planet. After finishing solving it, I went into a room, and stuck in a slide.
Well, it wasn't "stuck" at first actually. I couldn't move but slide along the slide slowly only when holding S key. I tried other keys, but not sure whether I could really only move by S, since I didn't try other directions.
After a few seconds, I could not move anymore, and I got totally stucked in the slide. In the whole situation, jetpack didn't work at all. But notice that at the end I found out that I could even continue using the jetpack even if it had run out of fuel.
