[Fixed] Give Stop Asteroid Crash the Story Mission Mark

Note: the suggestion has been updated with Ich's feedback viewable in the comments.

Problem: New players abandon missions required to progress a factions stories. The most common ones are Stop Asteroid Crash and Weapon Demonstration, due to their difficulty for beginners.

Solution: Give Stop Asteroid Crash and other urgent missions the story mission mark to inform them that there will be consequences for abandoning them.

Update: We had a discussion about it on the community discord. Ich made several good points I want to share:

1. That this is the "rogue-like part of the game, where they leave you alone with your decisions and the consequences without railroading you too much about the "correct" path."

2. I think !! For Asteroid would make a lot of sense. After all it conveys urgency to go to the command center. And why should that be more urgent than stopping the asteroid?.
