Restocking shops
I didn’t see this come up in discussion, but I was wondering if the shops restock. I haven’t noticed them restocking and it’s fine if they don’t, but I feel like some shops should restock. So hypothetically, could the exotic or special shops, like Gruff’s and Corbin’s as well as scrapyards, rotate their stock while shops like CU and WD sanctioned shops restock every so often? Like 12 warps for a sector to restock or something. Unless that is the case and it just hasn’t happened for me yet… any info would be appreciated. I love the game so far and I have so little to criticize. I have even laughed at the wife when she mentioned star citizen, because I felt this fit that niche for me. It’s not quite what I wanted, but it’s more than I expected. And I love being surprised like that. Keep up the good work!

Re: Restocking shops
I just wanted to post again with an update and more time invested, and here’s what I’ve got:
The shop(automated trading station, hereafter referred to as ATS) resets… eventually. I noticed after obtaining the Auction fragment that ALL shops, ATS, General stores, and planet-side traders have a few extra “goodies” at 50% off. Said “goodies” are random and vary greatly, but I feel it’s just enough to keep this galaxy faring space sim alive.
TL;DR Before auction fragment, traders ran out of nukes, I swear. That or not enough jumps in between? Picked up Auction Fragment, nukes got back in rotation, AND at 50% off!

Re: Restocking shops
Normally shops are set the moment you first load the sector, with the fragment adding the extras that reset every few jumps. Non-general shops are completely set though.

Many factors can affect the restocking of stores, including business plans, business size, contexto supply sources, market demand, human resource management, and more. There can be many different reasons why a store doesn't restock regularly and is not simply "sanctioned".

Re: Restocking shops
I think some shops in the game restock while others don't. Typically, shops that offer rare or exotic items may rotate their build now gg stock, while more common shops may restock regularly.

I anticipate a large number of people attending the event because the weather is expected to be extremely great on this day. You can follow badland for more.

It replenishes morphing potions, which are normally worth millions and sell quickly. Morphing potions are simple to recognize because they are usually uno online priced between 10k and 100k and have a distinct design.
